Role: Graphic Designer

 

History: Grew up just down the road from Reading in the town of Basingstoke aka roundabout city. Which consists of well a lot of roundabouts and that’s about it. I studied English Literature, Maths and Graphics at college where I discovered a whole new world of Graphic Design. My favourite areas of design are editorial, print and anything typography related. I aspire to be a Design & Technology teacher after I graduate, but would also like to work freelance. Sam Johns and I are working on the designs for Falifornia and we hope to bring a fresh new identity to Falmouth’s Music scene. Although I don’t have much of a music background, I am a lover of live local music and pretty much listen to everything.I have had a variety of ‘real world’ design experiences, from working on a canvas stand editing photos and framing canvases to working in design agencies on placement. I have worked for the following agencies on placement: ASHA in Cheltenham, d.studio in London and Creative Hub in Truro.
